About The Camera Our NetCam is located atop the GoodStuff Restaurant, poised directly above The Strand, Hermosa Beach, California. We have the best view of the beach and boardwalk, and all the volleyball and surf action. The NetCam automatically uploads a new shot every half hour during the daytime.
