TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BEING AN Active Web Networks ©' RESELLER:
(Henceforth, a Reseller is an organization or person
who is in the business of reselling
the hosting products and services of and through Active Web Networks ©.)
To qualify as a Reseller for Active Web Networks ©, a Reseller must
be experienced in, in depth, of Internet technology, including HTML, FTP, Telnet, server-side
scripting languages and e-mail services. The Reseller must also have a good understanding
of Active Web Networks © services, in full, that are offered in its webhosting position.
It is necessary that Reseller engages in the business of reselling Active Web Networks ©' products and services for profit.
It is required that Reseller offer a price no lower than the minimum as set forth by Active Web Networks ©,
We require that Reseller is responsible
for collection of payment from their resold accounts, also being responsible for any unpaid resold account.
Resold accounts are not protected by our 30-day money-back
guarantee.
Reseller will pay all resold accounts through the use of a credit card, in Reseller's name, unless provision is made beforehand,
of
all payments on all resold accounts. It must be understood by Reseller that payment for
Active Web Networks © services are
due upfront before service is rendered.
It must be understood by Reseller that all technical support to all resold accounts must be
provided by Reseller, and that Reseller is responsible for registering new and transferring existing
virtual domains for resold clients.
The Reseller is to have a regular Active Web Networks ©' account that is in good standing to be eligible
to participate in Active Web Networks ©' reseller plan. It must be understood that the Reseller's
Active Web Networks ©' account is the account that is used to link all resold clients of Reseller
back to a regular account.
It is to be known and understood that Active Web Networks ©
will provide the same sterling service,
including all features and benefits
enjoyed by Reseller, to any of Reseller's resold
accounts.
If there a problem develops on any of Reseller's resold accounts,
Active Web Networks © will notify Reseller of such and not the resold client.
Reseller will be provided with a primary and secondary nameserver (ns.domain.com, ns2.domain.com)
with two IP addresses for personalized nameservers when Reseller has signed a total of 35 resold accounts.
Otherwise, Reseller can purchase their own personalized nameservers for a fee of $50.00 per month.
Active Web Networks © agrees to provide Reseller with the ability to customize their own Personal Control Panel,
and give Reseller the ability to create custom welcome pages for their clients.
Any new features that Active Web Networks ©' develops will be provided to all Resellers' clients.
